Senior Manager II, Walmart

Rachel serves on the Community Resilience team for Walmart and the Walmart Foundation. She helps lead the Healthier Food for All portfolio, working to align and leverage corporate and philanthropic efforts to increase access to healthy food and support healthy food choices. Rachel previously led Northwest Arkansas giving for Walmart.org, where she championed public commitments and investments to advance belonging, food security, and circular economy efforts locally. Prior to Walmart, Rachel was a Presidential Management Fellow and led regional farm-to-school programming for the US Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service. Rachel worked for the Agricultural Marketing Service coordinating cross-department local and regional food initiatives. She also served as a FoodCorps service member in Arkansas before growing the state program for two years as a fellow. She holds a B.S. in public health from the University of Georgia and an M.S. in agricultural economics from the University of Arkansas. Follow Rachel and her work on LinkedIn.
