Foodservice Director, Little Sesame

Nic Bash is a chef, founder, and food systems innovator who has spent his career advancing sustainable food. He believes wholeheartedly in the power of food, the consumer, and our ability to create better products and better systems, for a better planet. He trained in award-winning kitchens, and was the founding chef at allplants, one of the U.K.’s fastest-growing plant-based startups. He built HoneyFlower Foods and In Good Company to tackle the challenges of food waste, circular packaging, and food-as-medicine through innovative consumer products. And during COVID, he partnered to lead emergency meal efforts on the east coast with World Central Kitchen and Rethink Food, delivering hundreds of thousands of meals to those in need. Nic now heads up foodservice at Little Sesame, the first Certified Organic, Clean Label, regeneratively sourced hummus in the U.S., with the aim of building stronger, more sustainable organic supply chains.
