Staff, Coalition of Immokalee Workers
Marley Monacello is a staff member with the Coalition of Immokalee Workers (CIW) with over a decade of experience working in the Fair Food movement. Marley helps to coordinate and conduct Know Your Rights Trainings in the CIW’s national Fair Food Program, assists with the investigation of forced labor and sexual violence cases occurring on farms outside of the Fair Food Program, and helps to coordinate expansion of the Worker-driven Social Responsibility model. She accompanies farmworker leaders as a co-presenter and interpreter and has been featured on programs such as NPR’s 1A. She holds a B.S. in foreign service from Georgetown University.
