Kelsey King is a sustainability leader working to strengthen farm communities and advance environmental progress. As Sustainability Manager at Dairy Farmers of America, she leads on-farm sustainability initiatives focused on greenhouse gas reduction, soil health, water stewardship, biodiversity, and farmer livelihoods. She partners with farmers, customers, technical assistance providers, and industry stakeholders to translate sustainability goals into solutions that are practical, scalable, and grounded in the realities of farm operations. Kelsey’s perspective has been shaped by work across global, urban, and rural food systems. Her career has also included supply chain strategy, manufacturing, and international economic development work in Sri Lanka and Egypt, as well as community-based work supporting urban agriculture and environmental justice. Kelsey recently returned to the rural farming community she grew up in and serves on the board Klamath Grown, her local food hub.
