Kai Norden works at the intersection of regenerative agriculture, corporate strategy, and investments. He is currently the Vice President of Strategy at Oasis Date, North America’s largest date company. As a member of the executive team, he leads long-term strategic planning, corporate development, sustainability, and other cross-functional initiatives that support the company’s growth and long-term value creation. Kai began his career in food and agriculture as a Senior Associate at Agriculture Capital, where he helped deploy institutional capital to build vertically integrated produce companies grounded in regenerative agriculture. Prior to that, he worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising clients on business transformation, agriculture, and renewable energy. Kai holds a BBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of Michigan’s School for Environment and Sustainability.
