Julian Debenedetti is a strategy and operations leader in the food and e-commerce space. Previously, he was the Chief of Staff at Thrive Market, a membership-based online grocer whose mission is to make healthy living easy and affordable. In that capacity, Julian worked directly with Thrive Market’s CEO and management team to define and execute the company’s top strategic priorities. Prior to Thrive Market, Julian worked in Business Operations & Strategy at Nobell Foods, a plant-based cheese company. Julian also spent time working at C16 Biosciences, a palm oil alternative company. Julian began his career as a management consultant at McKinsey and later as a Strategy Associate at PayPal. Julian holds a B.A. in Economics and History from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
