Julia Luscombe is the Vice President of Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management at Feeding America, a nonprofit working with a nationwide network to end hunger. She facilitates the development of strategies to drive measurable results for people facing hunger and creates systems to track progress and increase organizational effectiveness. Julia brings a deep commitment to community-led change and global, cross-sector experiences to her work. She has researched community economic development, including as a Fulbright Grantee in Ecuador. Julia also worked as a strategy consultant at Monitor Deloitte, focusing on customer experience and data/analytics transformation programs. She holds a B.A./B.Sc. from the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Local Economic Development from the London School of Economics & Political Science. Julia lives in her hometown of Chicago and loves cooking up new recipes to avoid food waste.
