Manager of Community Food Development, Public Health Association of British Columbia

Hae-In is the Manager of Community Food Development at the Public Health Association of British Columbia where she supports large-scale food systems innovations across Northern BC focused on sustainable food production, food access, and developing local economies. She feels fortunate to reside in Vancouver – on the ancestral, traditional and unceded Indigenous territory of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations. Hae-In holds a master’s in public health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and believes food security is crucial to health and well-being.
