Vice President of Community Impact, Food Bank for the Heartland

Calib Miller is a nonprofit executive, Marine Corps veteran, and food systems leader with over two decades of experience in community impact, crisis response, and sustainable development. He currently serves as Vice President of Community Impact at Food Bank for the Heartland, where he oversees regional distribution, emergency preparedness, and strategic partnerships across a 93-county service area that spans from Nebraska to Western Iowa.

Calib has led humanitarian operations in six countries, directed multimillion-dollar food programs, and driven organizational change across several sectors. A recognized advocate for food equity and systems innovation, he holds advanced degrees in Leadership and Sustainable Food Systems. Passionate about service, Calib brings a trauma-informed, mission-driven approach to every role he takes on. In his spare time, Calib enjoys road trips, audiobooks, and singing karaoke.
