President, Alliance to End Hunger

Eric Mitchell is President of the Alliance to End Hunger, where he leads the organization’s strategic vision and works to strengthen a national and global network of corporations, nonprofits, universities, foundations, and advocates dedicated to ending hunger and improving food security. Under his leadership, the Alliance advances cross-sector partnerships and collaborative initiatives that address hunger both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining the Alliance, Eric served as Director of Global Government Relations for Adtalem Global Education, where he built partnerships with government, business, and civic leaders across the United States and the Caribbean to support education and community development initiatives. He previously spent six years at Bread for the World leading advocacy efforts focused on hunger and poverty policy. Eric began his career on Capitol Hill, serving in senior legislative roles for two senior Members of the Georgia congressional delegation.
