Chris Choi is an entrepreneur and business leader who has spent the past 12 years working to expand access to healthy food and nutrition for underserved populations across the U.S. Chris is CEO of Mom’s Meals, the nation’s leading provider of medically tailored meals and food as medicine programs that are helping individuals improve their health, manage chronic disease, and support recovery and independence. Prior to Mom’s Meals, Chris spent most of his career in healthcare as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and a private equity investor. Chris also founded and led Educasia, an online education company that delivered training to companies and professionals across Asia. Chris and his family live in Denver where they enjoy the beautiful outdoors and an occasional Avs game.
