Sourcing Director, Sam's Club

Kaitlin Campbell is the Pantry Sourcing Director for Sam’s Club. She leads resilient sourcing for Member’s Mark staples like coffee, shelf-stable produce and protein, chocolate, and water. Previously, as Director of Surety of Supply for Walmart Inc., she drove efforts to reinvent how Walmart sources groceries through long-term partnerships and upstream initiatives that strengthen the food system. Before joining Walmart in 2019, Kaitlin served for six years at nonprofit ACDI/VOCA, advancing smallholder market access and climate-smart farm productivity through USAID and USDA programs. She began her career in U.S. agricultural policy, which sparked a lifelong curiosity about the systems shaping farm-level realities. Kaitlin has an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Biology from Creighton University. Beyond work, she finds energy in trail running, folk/indie music, a few too many book clubs, and traveling to see family and friends.
