CEO, Vetri Community Partnership

Maddy Booth is the CEO of Vetri Community Partnership, a chef-founded, Philadelphia-based nonprofit with the mission of nourishing minds, bodies, and communities with nutrition education through cooking. Since joining Vetri Community Partnership in 2014, her journey from educator to executive leadership has informed her view of the importance of a people-first organizational culture, high-quality program delivery, and program evaluation. Under Maddy’s leadership, Vetri Community Partnership empowers tens of thousands of community members of all ages to build skills, confidence, and knowledge to prepare and enjoy nutritious foods. The organization provides services during the school day (Culinary Classroom) and out-of-school time (Vetri Cooking Lab) for youth and in the community through Mobile Teaching Kitchens, Culinary Medicine, and welcoming groups into their 2,000-square-foot Teaching Kitchen. Maddy resides in Philadelphia, where her passion for cooking, nutrition, and community extends to enjoying the city’s vibrant parks, markets, and restaurants.
