Julia Luscombe is Chief of Staff at Builders Vision, an investment and philanthropy platform harnessing innovative capital to build a more resilient future. In this role, Julia helps set organizational priorities, tracks progress, and manages Leadership Team and Board of Directors meetings. Previously, she served as Vice President of Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management at Feeding America, where she facilitated multi-year planning and created systems for organizational effectiveness. She also led the development of a first-of-its-kind strategic framework shared by 400+ Feeding America network organizations, centering the voices of 3,000+ people facing hunger. Julia was also previously a strategy consultant at Monitor Deloitte and researched community economic development as a Fulbright Grantee in Ecuador.

Julia holds a B.A./B.Sc. from the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Local Economic Development from the London School of Economics & Political Science. Julia lives in her hometown of Chicago and loves cooking up new recipes to avoid food waste.
