Cami Vega is the Senior Manager—Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Interventions at Tate & Lyle. In her role, Cami leads the creation and implementation of the global DE&I strategy and talent management initiatives. Before pivoting to talent and DE&I, she worked in various finance and merger & acquisition roles at J.M. Huber and Duff & Phelps. Cami is a first-generation American born and raised in Miami, Florida, to two immigrants from Colombia. She holds a Master’s degree in Economic Development from The Bush School of Public Service at Texas A&M and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Miami.
